I use PSP7. can I still use Adobe Photoshop Elements? or do I have to use Adobe Photoshop to use Elements?

i'm not sure i understand your question. elements is a stand alone program and anyone can use it. do you mean will it work on your computer or will you be able to learn it??

you actually answered my question by saying it was a stand alone program. I think that was what i was trying to figure out. Thanks! now I will go download a free trial and play!!!
