Thanks so much for the tut! I didn't like how mine came out with the ocean ripple, but liquify came out great! Just play around with it! It is a very cool technique!
I also like the tut in this month's ezine for the zig zag edge for PS users. It can be adjusted for PSE if you open a square brush, turn it 45 degrees, adjust the spacing of the brush so that you get them evenly spaced (mine was around 120%), and then save the brush as a new brush (give it a name like mydeckleedge). Then you can use it as an eraser brush (since we can't rotate or do much to our eraser brushes).
