Question Stacking images

When I tag kits in PSE 3, I like to stack certain elements (such as alphabets or tags/frames that are the same but in multiple colors of the kit). Is there a way to choose which picture shows on top of the stack? I've tried different methods but it always seems to choose a random picture out of the ones I've chosen to stack for the top picture. It's making me a little nutz! Thanks for any suggestions!
Linda

You know I haven't played with stacking yet... but I bet it would be great for combining all those alphas that come with a file for each letter. I'll take a look at it this afternoon and post what I figure out.

Alright... I'm liking this stack feature! LOL Here's how I created a "stack" in the PSE Organizer and set the top picture to be what I wanted.
  1. Select all the photos that you want to be in a stack.
  2. Right click on one of the selected photos and select Stack> Stack Selected Photos or just hit CRTL+ALT+S
  3. Now all your photos are stacked behind on photo. Right click on the stack and select Stack> Reveal stacked photos
  4. Right click on the photo/element that you want to be on the top of the stack and select Stack> Set as top photo

I'm loving this feature for stacking up alphas where each letter is it's own file. Thanks for asking the question that pushed me to try it out!

LMK if that works for you!

woohoo!!

oh my gosh -- I hadn't even noticed that option before!! You're a genius and I'm so glad someone can read farther down the list of options than I did! LOL Thank you SO much. Yeah, I like the stack feature for all the alphabets that are done individually but I just didn't like having 'M' or 'Z' (or the blank tile) showing as the top of the stack. You're the best and thanks again!
