Lightbulb For those who print at home...what type of paper do you print your LO's on?

For those who print at home, what paper do you use to print your LO's on? And do you use BEST quality or does that drain your ink? TIA
(I can't help myself...I've been asking so many questions today )

I have a Canon i9900 and I usually will print on glossy photo paper (simply because I get it for a good price). My printer automatically defaults to high/best quality when that paper is chosen.

When I print on 13x19 paper, I have the Canon matte paper and my printer defaults (if I remember correctly) to normal quality when that paper is chosen.

I haven't yet purchased glossy 13x19 paper, but it's on my ever-growing list to do.

I have a Canon i9950 also and I print exclusively on Canon HR101 paper (High Resolution)
because it is cheap but it also gives good results. It is supposed to be archivally better than the others also?
And although it is not a thick paper once you put it in the sleeve of your albumn it looks good and is well supported.
Would be gratefull for feedback from others re this subject and what others use?

I too have a Canon i950 and print on Canon paper. I have also obtained excellent results using the Staples brand glossy photo paper.

I have some photo paper but to be honest, I have no clue if it's Acid Free or Lignen (sp) free and if it's even good for Scrapbooking. (OMG!! My dh just drove by my house on this scooter thing and he looks hilarious...sorry....had to post that- he keeps going by knowing I"m sitting here on the computer trying to get my attention! ) Anyways, about the photo paper LOL....would anyone know if they are all made Acid Free or Lignen Free? TIA
