Exclamation Is there a way to resize a 12x12 LO to a 8.5x11 with out making it look blurry/messy?

In PSE 3 is there a way to resize a LO that is saved as a 12x12 in .psd format and switch it to a 8.5x11 in .psd format? I made 3 LO's that I want to switch over b/c I think it'll be more affordable and easier for me to print my own LO's right now, but I hate to waste the LO's!

Hi Brandi! Someone may have a better solution, but I reduced the image size of my 12x12s to 8x8, then ****ped them on an 8.5x11 document. I made it the color of my background so it looked coordinated. I did this for a while, then decided if I was shrinking my work to 8x8, I may as well print it out that way and use 8x8 albums! I never had much luck resizing 12x12 into an odd size LO, maybe someone else can tell you a better way than mine!

Ok here's another question:

I don't know what I did, but I'm trying to make another LO and start it as a 8.5x11, (In PSE3), but it won't let me, it's only letting me round it to 9 (instead of 8.5). I know there's something you can deselect to make it so you can do any proportions you want but I forgot what it was. I don't know why it went back to the default for somereason. Ughhhh.
