I'm working on some elements to submit in the downloads section -- things like ric rac, ribbon, etc. I have to do it at 300 dpi, but my file sizes end up huge -- like 16 megs. I have to keep it transparent because the edges aren't square (right?). Should I make these things smaller or something? I'm supposed to keep everything between 4 and 5 megs for submissions. Ideas?
