I downloaded it but for some reason none of the text is displaying, do you know what I am doing incorrectly? I use a Mac if that helps.

Toziegirl - check the adobe website for more specific help but i just did a quick google search and found that you need to make sure you are using the Adobe Acrobat reader (FREE here ) rather than Apple's bulit in PDF Preview viewer if text is missing - you may also need to update your version of the PDF Viewer
