FAQ

Q - I got my download links but when I click on it it says I have nothing to download

A - You can access your download links directly through the store via your order history by doing the following:
1. First log in to your store account
2. On the left hand side go to order history
3. Click on the search button (have "all dates" selected)
4. Now click directly on the order number
This should take you to the order details....
under product info there is
SKU
Price
Quantity
Download link: click on the link that is directly under the words "download link" on this page

Q - I paid for a site subscription but can't access any of the subscriber areas

A - Site subscription take 24 to 36 hours to process - but please make sure that you are registered in the forums (the store and forums have two separate registrations)

Q - I downloaded my purchase but when I unzip it I am getting an error, only part of the download, or it is asking for a password.

A - This normally happens because the download was interrupted. First, delete the corrupted file completely off of your hard drive, and then re-download it. Also, following are some download tips to ensure a successful download.

DOWNLOAD TIPS:
Receiving corrupt file downloads or a file requests a password? Most times this is a result of an incomplete download from the server.

A few things to try:
1. Try NOT using a download manager if you have used one initially.
2. Try downloading using the Save Target As or Save File As option opposed to "Open"
3. DO NOT use the AOL browser. Log back into your cart via another browser or Internet Explorer outside the default AOL browser and try again.

If the above does not answer your question, please email customer.service@sbbemail.com. Thank you!
