Q - I downloaded my purchase but when I unzip it I am getting an error, only part of the download, or it is asking for a password.
A - This normally happens because the download was interrupted. First, delete the corrupted file completely off of your hard drive, and then re-download it. Also, following are some download tips to ensure a successful download.
DOWNLOAD TIPS:
Receiving corrupt file downloads or a file requests a password? Most times this is a result of an incomplete download from the server.
A few things to try:
1. Try NOT using a download manager if you have used one initially.
2. Try downloading using the Save Target As or Save File As option opposed to "Open"
3. DO NOT use the AOL browser. Log back into your cart via another browser or Internet Explorer outside the default AOL browser and try again.
