At the beginning of December 2004 (December 10th); Scrapbook-Bytes' downloads will be available as always to all FREE REGISTERED MEMBERS. All others will be in the SUBSCRIBER area of our site will be treated with many more downloads; including an exclusive area filled monthly with goodies by our VERY TALENTED Elements Design Team. All tutorials, forums, galleries, and other free downloads will still be accessible in the general members area for sharing and community building.

Please keep in mind we are not charging for the elements themselves; but for the bandwidth and server space that is consumed by posting and archiving these downloads. We have refrained from implementing this resolution for as long as possible, but costs have continued to grow to run the site and there are signs of the growth continuing to grow 10 fold just within the next 6 months at the site.

The PAID SUBSCRIBER ""UPGRADE"" to your free membership will include:


1. Subscriber ONLY chats and challenges beginning on January 2, 2006!
2. Access to ALL elements posted to the site.
(to the free download area only; this does not include the monthly elements team kit in the store)

3. Subscriber's will ONLY be permitted to post reviews, etc. on the site after January 1, 2006 when this option is implemented to the site.
4. Special sale prices and advanced notice of sales on the subscriber's only mailing list.
