thats because 12x12 is not a standard size on any printer on the market right now..so you're probably confusing your printer..i know when i was using 12x12 paper and choosing the option of 13x19 it wouldnt print until i chose 11x17 paper i would choose and use 13x19 paper/option then try and print if you want 12x12 prints
