A simple internet search for photoshop elements and plug-ins will result in several sites who offer pse compatible plugins. Most will also offer installation instructions. Usually, the program is downloaded and put into your plugins folder, most likely found C://programfiles/adobe/photoshopelements/presets/plugins or something like that. Look on your hard drive. Once it is there, open Elements and a link to the program will be found in your Filter menu and following the link will open a plugin interface in which you choose different settings to apply to your image.
