My only two suggestions are that if you have already purchased a lot of Canon accessories you should consider staying with Canon. I have a 4mp Canon G2 and in a few weeks I plan to get the Canon DSLR EOS D20. Part of the reason I am getting it, is because I can use the same batteries, battery charger, and memory cards as I am using now. May not sound like much, but those extras do add up $ wise.
The other suggestion is that I think 5mp is still too low. You will probably outgrow it VERY soon. At minimum, I would say 6, but really I would shoot (no pun intended!
) for 8.
Just my advice as a novice.
