I have an Epson 1670 scanner. I am downsizing to 8 x 8 albums, thus, reducing my 12 x 12 HAND MADE layouts to 8 x 8. When I scan them in with my Scanner and print (HP DeskJet 952c), the printed page is fuzzy. I took one 12 x 12 to an copy center. I had the 12 x 12 reduced to an 8 x 8 on photo paper and a 24 wt. paper. They both look incredibly better than the one I scanned and printed. Is it my scanner or printer or both? I've scanned at 300 DPI and 600 DPI. Both are fuzzy. Is my equipment too old?
