O.K., where does everyone get their little blinkie things that show up whenever you post a comment on someone's LO? What are they even called? are they blogs,blinkies,WHAT? I went to photobucket. Is this where you get them and if so do you have to be a premium member? Can you design your own? Do you have to buy them? Everyone has them, I know it can't be rocket science, but I can't figure this out to save my life!!!!! I know that you get them when you are a design member, but where is everyone getting these cute little personalized ones?
