Shelly, are you familiar with EveryFreeGift.com? When I clicked on the link you provided, I noticed an offer for free PS Elements 3. I'm always suspicious of "free" stuff, especially when I see you have to fulfill some sponsors' requests. Still, a free software program (I have PS Elements 2), it's tempting.
