Are you talking about the zipped files (the ones where you have to click on "Download Here" or the elements where you right click on the image and save? If you're talking about the zipped elements, then you'll have to unzip them first using WinZip or some other zipping program (can download free trial version of WinZip from here:
http://www.winzip.com/). Remember the folder you unzip them too, and once they're unzipped, then you can access the actual images
