I would like to get some of the ecuts by scrapbooks.com because they aren't too terribly expensive and I can use them for my computer scrapbooking and my paper scrapping. My question is, how in the world do you use them. It says something about having to have Acrobat reader. If you have to have acrobat, can you create cutouts and stuff to be able to use them on computer layouts?
