I just tried a couple of the links on the Vintage Christmas kit and they worked fine for me. It may have just been a glitch with the site being updated. If you still have problems try refreshing your internet browser or deleting your temporary internet files. It may help.
If that doesn't sort out your problem post again and I'll see if I can help some more.
If you are trying to download the Winter Kit I know there are some problems at the moment with the links to the zip files there. You need to change the
sbbytes part of the link to
scrapbook-bytes . That just worked for me
