my thoughts

I actually think it matters what paper you are printing on. I have a Canon I9100. I just assumed I would always have the water running issue. But just recently I have been able to get inks to not run when water spilled on. I have been using the Red River papers. I have no idea if all their papers are this way but a few I have tried have held up for me. Not sure if this would be true for Epson printers - but I am happy with it on the Canon. I also have read that dura brite inks are water proof - I don't have an Epson printer so can't test this - but would guess that ink wouldn't be as picky about what paper you could use.
