I actually did fill out the customer service form on Monday but didn't receive a reply. That's why I finally posted here. But of course I'm happy to try it again... I know how crazy things are right now and fortunately, I don't have any scraping projects that HAVE to be done this week. I just couldn't figure out if it was me not realizing it was fixed or if it in fact hadn't been fixed yet.
