I'm sorry to hear that she is having these problems. Some ISP's even when on the same system take longer to resolve the switching of domains. This is usually resolved with in 48 hours however it has been known to take longer.

There are ways around this that are a bit complicated and involved but it can be worked around. It involves adding the host name in your windows system folder .

It's an unfortunate occurance when changing domain names to a new host it all has to do with the flow of traffic around the internet.

*make sure that your personal computers system cashe in your browser is cleared. You can usually do this by going into the options and clearing case or clearing history.
