Hi! I'm not sure if this is any help at all but I notice that when I try to access the site (on MSN Explorer), my link is www.sbbytes.com - this one comes up as an timeout error and it always worked before. When I go through using Internet Explorer my link is www.scrapbook-bytes.com/gallery and this one takes me in no problem. Is it possible that she needs to change the address name? This probably isn't the problem but I thought I'd mention it on the off chance that it's something like that.
