This week I challenge you to JOURNAL ON THE DEFINITION OF LOVE AND WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU.

By this, I mean write abt what love feels like, looks like, must be like in order to be love. Be creative! We don't need the Webster definition, but yours. Share examples of love in your life. Compare and contrast crushes/lust/love and how they have impacted your life. Make love-related goals with tangible examples and steps to take.

Feel free to define another emotion (joy, peace, etc.) if you feel so inclined.
