I don't know of any tutorials, but I've been using PS7 for about two years now and I just usually play around with the shadowing and beveling features. I have done a couple locket/charm type elements with some vintage brushes. Maybe if I showed them to you and you liked them I could help you with what you are trying to do. I will post them in my gallery. I've submitted them several times, but for some reason they aren't getting posted. Actually, a few months ago, one of my elements was posted- it's called Love Bubble.

It will take me a little while to post them, but they should be there before the end of the day.
