Thanks, Amy. I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0 on a PC Windows XP.
I had manually deleted my internet files related to SBB yesterday -- didn't want to do them all; long story involving dh -- but today I deleted all temporary internet files and tried again. I got the same error.
The good news is, I have all my answers memorized now.
