I think I answered my own question....When I opened up the software after I downloaded it did say Ulead Photoimpact....so I guess my next question is...Can I join you all? I have been using Adobe Photoshop elements. The first one. And I just got PhotoImpact on Sat. From my Dad for my birthday. I have a TON of questions and can't wait to get good at using this software.
