Okay, I was trying to save some of the things I'm making and the rule is 300 dpi. When I create my stuff at 300 dpi and then save it in .png format it compresses it to 118 dpi. Why? and how do I fix this so I can submit the elements properly . .i'm using Paint Shop Pro 7.
