Does anyone know if you can "cut-out" letters in PSP8.1? I've seen some layouts with cut out letters so you see the background underneath but they were in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. I also have Photoshop Elements but am not too familiar with it yet. But if someone could give me precise instructions, I could probably figure it out.
