id take it back and get DIP 10
I am anxiously waiting to get my copy of that. If you can use DIP7 though DIp 9 is pretty similar with the biggest changes being the selection tools and I have a tut up for those in the tutorials section.
As for teh library functions I have a write up in teh Tidbytes in September but basically teh archive function is great for backing up ..teh help files in teh program do a good job of explaining how it works.
There is a heap of tut sfor DIP9 in the Tutorials section and even more in teh ezines - splurge and get all teh back issues
