OK...I have some free time and am just FULL of questions this week.
In DIP 7 I could create a cut-out and ROTATE the cut-out shape if I wanted to. FORMAT>>CREATE A CUT-OUT>>WITH A COOKIE CUTTER and from there I had a little arrow that allowed for rotation. (Please see attached sample)
I cannot seem to find this command in DIP 9. This is about the ONLY reason I am keeping DIP 7 loaded on my computer taking up space. PLEEEEASE if anyone knows how to create a cut-out with roration capacity in DIP 9 I would be SO HAPPY.
