Is there a way to mimic brushes like those done in PS?
Is it just using layers? I see so many works of art on this site and almost all of them have brushwork done in PS. Any solutions on how us DIPers can mimic the look? Transparent layers? Does new DIP 10 incorporate the brush feature?
