as awful as it is the font called "crack babies" is a lot like MM philly stamps. it's already distressed too all you need to do is set the horizontal scale for the font to 50% and it will smush the font together to look just like it.

i know there are some other more similar ones give me some time but those should get you started ( the trick to making it look stamps on your layout is cut of part of the letter that is exposed to a new paper and paste it on a layer below the top paper. this is faster with brushes you can make your fonts brushs with many programs also using the displace filter in PS will make the ' paint' wrap around the texture of the ' paper'
