OK - I did a test run on this but I had a couple of more questions 'cuz I don't want to have to re-print and waste ink if the 1/2 layout doesn't fit perfectly into an 8x8 album.

I chose Format>Crop>Canvas and then chose a square proportion and dragged the cursor on my canvas. It showed my pixel dimensions as 2415x2415. I'm working on a 16x8 canvas at 300 resolution, which would mean my entire 2-page layout canvas should be 4800 by 2400, right? So, if I chop it in half, should I have a 8x8 square with a proportion of 2400x2400? Should I then manually decrease my pixel dimensions to 2400x2400?

Do those extra 15x15 pixels amount to much? Would it still print at 8x8 if pixels are at 2415x2415?

Also, after I crop it in half and it's on my screen, can I save the first half of my layout under one name and THEN hit undo and crop/save my other half? Or does the saving of the 1st half mean I can't "undo" to get the original 16x8 layout back?

Sorry for so many questions!
