I haven't run into this problem before but I'm willing to take a crack at it.
What does PSE say when you do a Print Preview? Does it show that you're printing 12' x 12' hopefully scaled at 100%? This is my first thought of things to check. If that all looks right, we can look at other possible problems. Or maybe another PSE user has an idea.
