Turn the image to B&W, then Try Effects>Filters>Select All>Stamp:Woodcut Fine (or Rough) That will give you a stamped-looking image. The Fine version looks like a well-executed stamp, the Rough looks like one of my stamping attempts when I don't get enough ink on the stamp.....
