I used to go, when it first opened up, here in Canmore, but have since stopped, as I just can't find the time to go, and don't want to pay for something that I can only go to rarely.
I loved going, it was a great way to spend my lunch hour from work, but I don't know if it really did anything for me. Well, maybe it did, because I sure haven't been losing any weight since. LOL.
