I have just begun experimenting with electronic scrapbooking, and I'm using Photoshop Elements. One thing I have noticed is that I do not seem to be able to print all the way to the edge of the paper. No matter how I adjust my margins I end up with about 1/4" white border on the top, left and right and even slightly larger than that, on the bottom of the page.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get closer to the edge than that? Or will all my electronic scrap pages have a white border?
