We got the call last week! We got called on June 1 from our adoption agency telling us a birth mom has selected us to parent her baby! The glitch was, however that when she "selected" us, she went into labor that day and so by the time WE got the call, baby Ryan had been born! So our adoption worked VERY quickly. By Friday, June 4, baby Ryan was resting peacefully in OUR HOME! He was born six weeks early, 4 lbs 8 oz and as of yesterday 3.5 weeks old, 5 lbs 12 oz. YIPEEE!!! I know very few adoption stories run so smoothly and quickly, so we feel so overwhelmed! Now I REALLY have to just step out there and start doing all his baby book digitally! I've been stalking this site for long enough, LOVE IT, and need to start CONTRIBUTING! I'd love any direction with adoption related LO's. Thanks for letting me toot!!! ~ Amy
