I think you are refering to Tonya's (gauchogirls) alpha. Alpha's are not fonts, so they can not be "installed", and used as a font. They are images that are used as elements in a LO. To use, cut with a lasso or free form marquee tool and then paste or drag over (depending on what program you use) to your page.
