Smile Another way
1. Open new transparent layer
2. Add shape
3. Open paper - drag over shape with the move tool
4. Hit Ctrl/g
5. Go to Layer - Merge visible
6. Add shadow and bevel
7. Save as PNG
Works in PS Elements and Photoshop
