You can download your video to your computer, upload to nero, edit the video, frame by frame if necessary, edit sound on the video, insert sound, burn to CD/DVD etc. It is very versatile and not that expensive. Before you buy though, run a search for reviews on the product just to make sure that this is what you are after.
