OMG! but you would know it is a rattle, he would rattle his tail...and looking at the picture he doesn't look like one...he looks like a garden snake. I could be wrong...but if he is a rattle he's not one to keep around for moles and rats sweety. Garden snake yes...rattle no...eeeeek.
