I use WHCC for all my professional client prints.. I use the ROES software to upload the photos to the site which makes it a no brainer to determine crops, etc... What you see in the software is exactly what get printed.

I love the Lustre finish... it is very professional looking. I've spent over $10000 with them and have only had 2 problems.. once they sent me someone else's photos in my batch and another time, the photos had some weird vertical lines running down them.. in both cases, they took care of the issue and I had my prints within 48 hours.
