Good luck Tracey! I have been looking at WHCC also for my layouts. I read somewhere that they do scrapbook layouts. I questioned settings in PSP since the ones they listed were for photoshop. My response did not help me at all..so I really do not know how to save them to even begin to send them into them.

I have not printed "professionally" anywhere, just on my home printer which is old but for what I needed it for it was okay. I wanted to get a good one done for my cousin. I did a layout for her nursery.

I don't know where to send mine now. I have no clue what all their specifications are and how to save them in psp.

I do use the optimizer. A class I took said to do all through it but I don't know if my settings are correct.
