If you want to save some $$$ you should be able to set this up quite quickly. Just figure out how you want it to look (ie: Place, Who, Where, etc).. set some guides to help lay it out and then just add the text and some lines for filling out the info. Add you elements and done... its like a mini layout.

I have been designing cookbook templates using the same design for a client cookbook I am creating... working out very well and once the template style is complete, you should be in great shape!
