I agree with what the others have said, some months I can sure tell how much effort I put into promoting and producing products for my store or lack of time and effort affect my monthly sales.
If I get busy in real life as with the last two months and my daughter wedding. I didn't have time to think about anything digital related and it showed BIG time in my store sales.

So you saying "despite time constraints I also hate having the pressure of having to produce something, even if it's not your best just to make up the numbers IYSWIM"

Being a designer can be about pressure and constantly striving to create quality products because once you loose your edge by selling just so-so work to people, just to make up numbers of products in a store your customers will stop or severely slow down.
The other thing you mentioned is that your products seem to be popular. Are you selling them now or giving them away as freebies, because ever designer can tell you that a freebie will be downloaded 1 million times before it would actually be bought in a online store from 3-4 customers for a price. Everyone loves and hoards freebies!

Now on the other hand if you just want to do this for extra spending money and because you like doing it....go ahead and have fun. But if you are looking at making a living off of doing this you seriously have to think about it as being your full time job. I would love to do this full time, but I need my other jobs to pay the monthly bills as I don't have a two person income family. And with doing it that way it takes away the time/energy/dedication that I would need to have in order to turn this into a full time job and income!
