Raylene - your timing on this challenge is perfect. Digital Scrapbooking's June/July issue has an article on a new, FREE, color tool called Kuler from Adobe (kuler.adobe.com). After you register (if you don't already have an Adobe account) you can upload your picture, select a base color and then start applying various color rules - monochromatic, complimentary, bright, warm, etc. After you get a palette you like you name it, save it, then load it into PS.
