You have to be logged in to the store before you can access your orders history.
At the store home page scroll down and at the left side will be where you log in. After you are logged in you will have another field (at the left down aways) titled Your Cart- you will see the "orders history" option. You have to choose a time frame All Dates--this month--this week-- today. then hit Search and you will get a list of processed purchases.
It should also work if you First log into the store and then click on the download link in your email notice. Hope this helps.
