Gimmie My Wish List Contest Entry Information and Rules
TO ENTER
1. To enter individuals MUST email tiina[at]misstiina[dot]com with a valid email address, first and last name on your customer account at Scrapbook-Bytes.com and set the email Subject line to "GIMMIE MY WISH LIST CONTEST".
2. Your Wish List will not be considered in the random draw if you do not send this information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Individuals are invited to create a Wish List of up to $200 of REGULAR price personal and or commercial use items. (Collaborations not included.)
2. Items must be calculated at REGULAR price as any current sale prices/coupons will not be in effect when the contest closes.
3. The contest will begin at 12:00PM EST on April 23th, 2008 and ends at 12:00PM EST on May 5th, 2008.
4. Individuals may create only ONE Wish List. Those found to have created multiple lists under a different customer name will be disqualified.
5. No purchase necessary to enter the contest.
DRAWING & NOTIFICATION
1. On May 5th, 2008 four customer's Wish Lists will be randomly selected. Two from Scrapbook-Bytes and two from my personal store. These customers will then win one of four $200 MissTiina discount codes, to be provided by MissTiina.
2. The winners will be contacted by the e-mail address used to enter their wishlist. If the eligible entrant does not respond to the email within 7 days, they will be deemed to be no longer eligible to win the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from qualifying entries.
3. The contest closing date will be May 5th, 12:00PM EST. Wish Lists entered after this date will not be eligible for selection.
GENERAL RULES
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.
2. MissTiina does not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries. MissTiina does not assume any responsibility for any failure of the web site at any time or for any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer on-line systems, servers, address providers, computer equipment or software.
